Nova Poshta — 1–3 business days: branch, parcel locker or courier to your door.

At the carrier’s rates, paid on collection. Pickup in Lviv is free.

Bank transfer to the business account — the details arrive once the order is placed, and we ship as soon as the payment clears.

Cash on delivery — you pay when you collect the parcel at the branch. Nova Poshta charges the transfer fee.

Come by after we confirm your order — that way the item is already waiting for you and you can try it on there and then.

Every product page has a size chart with real measurements — length and width in centimetres for each size. Measure your favourite item and compare.

Yes, 14 days from the day you receive it. That is not our goodwill, it is the Ukrainian Law on Consumer Rights Protection.

The item must be unworn: the look, the tags and the packaging kept. Trying it on at home is allowed and encouraged — that is not “use”.

Underwear, socks and hosiery — by a Cabinet of Ministers regulation. Everything else can go back.

The item did not fit — the buyer pays for shipping back.

We got it wrong (wrong size, wrong print, a defect) — we pay for shipping both ways.

We send the new order within 1–2 business days of receiving the previous one. If the size you need is gone, we refund the money.

Yes, to any country through Nova Poshta Global. Outside Ukraine the parcel is handed over to a local delivery service.

It takes 1–3 weeks on average. The cost is calculated individually by weight and destination: write to us and we will work it out before you order. Any customs duties in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

We sew in our own workshop in Lviv. We print it ourselves in our own print shop, and the paintings are made in our own studio. So we know what is inside every single item.
