About the oversize cut. Our classic model in a new oversized cut. The hoodie has kept its signature warm fleece, but here we removed the pocket, dropped the shoulder line and widened the hood a little — we are sure you will love it.

Give the hoodie a wash before you take it out for the first time. At the start the fleece may shed a little — it is just nervous about meeting you.

Come by after we confirm that your order is ready — that way the item is already waiting for you and you can try it on there and then.
Payment
Bank transfer to the business account — the details arrive once the order is placed. We ship as soon as the payment clears.
Cash on delivery — you pay when you collect the parcel at the branch. Nova Poshta charges the transfer fee.
International shipping
We ship to any country through Nova Poshta Global. Outside Ukraine the parcel is handed over to a local delivery service.
Delivery takes 1–3 weeks on average, occasionally longer. The cost is calculated individually by weight and destination: write to us and we will work it out before you order. Any customs duties in the destination country are paid by the recipient.
If something goes wrong
The parcel is not arriving. Send us your order number — we will check the waybill and join the search.
The packaging is damaged. Unpack it at the branch in front of a member of staff and file a report — without one Nova Poshta will not compensate the cost of the order.
If it does not fit, we will refund you or exchange it. You have 14 days from the day you receive the order, and that is not our goodwill — it is the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection».
What can be returned
An item you have not worn: the look, the tags and the packaging are intact. Trying it on at home is allowed and encouraged — that does not count as «use».
The only things we cannot take back are the ones excluded by government regulation: underwear, socks and hosiery.
How to return it — 5 steps
Write to us on Instagram or call 073 7337 683: give the order number and say what you are returning.
We confirm it and tell you which branch to send it to.
Send us a copy of the payment receipt for the order.
Send it with Nova Poshta — or use «Easy Return» in the app or at a branch. Put the order number in the comment to the shipment, otherwise the parcel is hard to identify.
We receive it, check it and refund you.
Who pays for shipping
The item did not fit — the return shipping is paid by the customer.
We got it wrong (wrong size, wrong print, a defect) — we pay shipping both ways.
Exchanges
We send the new order within 1–2 business days of receiving the previous one. If the size you need is out of stock, we refund you.

Once you have sent it, send us the waybill number — that way we meet the parcel instead of hunting for it.
How long the refund takes
We refund within 30 calendar days from the day we receive the item — that is how it is written in the offer. In practice it is faster: a few business days after the check.
